Orthopaedic Pre-Assessment Clinic
All patients scheduled for joint surgery must attend the Pre-Assessment Clinic in St. Vincent's Private Hospital following referral by their consultant. At the Pre-assessment Clinic, a comprehensive medical assessment takes place to ensure patients are fit for surgery thereby minimising risk, ensuring a speedy recovery whilst avoiding cancellation and disappointment on day of surgery.
